Care First
Every venture is designed backwards from the daily experience of a resident, a patient, and the person caring for them.
About
Grace Young is a founder, chairwoman, and global entrepreneur working across healthcare, integrated senior living, senior real estate development, workforce education and staffing, hospitality, and community impact.
Her work begins with care operations rather than with buildings. A founder-led care coordination platform in Las Vegas established the operating discipline — staffing, standards, dispatch, and accountability — that now informs development work across the Philippines and priority markets in the GCC.
The result is an ecosystem where residential development, clinical capability, workforce education, and hospitality are planned together. Each venture is positioned honestly: what is operating today, what is in development, and what remains a governed concept.
Every venture is designed backwards from the daily experience of a resident, a patient, and the person caring for them.
Design, clinical, hospitality, and workforce standards are written down, governed, and expected to survive scale.
Language, family expectations, food, faith, and etiquette are treated as design requirements, not amenities.
Operating platforms, development priorities, and concepts are labelled as what they are today.
